Thermoformed pet kennels.The basic principle is that the rolled sheet is pulled into the electric oven and heated to a softened state, then pulled over the blister mould, which is moved up and vacuumed to adsorb the softened sheet onto the mould surface, while cooling water is sprayed onto the surface of the moulded sheet in a mist to harden it, and the moulded sheet is then automatically pulled into the storage box, where a pneumatic cutter separates the moulded and unmoulded sheets to complete the process.
